Easter Egg Hunt

Easter was an egg-stravaganza. Har Har. Charlie and Jack enjoyed hunting for eggs in the backyard for a good 2 weeks prior to Easter. We attended the Easter Egg Hunt at Mountain Brook Baptist the Saturday before Easter. It was FREEZING! Notice that I am wearing a ski jacket. It took great effort for me to find Easterish type clothing for the boys. But lots of fun was had by all.

Jack won cupcakes in the cake walk. The do it yourself cookie decorating was a favorite. The best treat was the chick whistles that were in the plastic eggs. We also attempted to eat hot dogs, but the kids pretty much focused on the candy. Jack and Charlie had a great time rolling down the hill with some older children. Cousin Emma, Uncle Josh, Aunt Ann, and Grandmother were there with us enjoying the day.
