Vestavia Christmas Parade

So I am a tad late posting about this, since the parade was the first Saturday in December but...

Grandmother, Grandfather, Jack, Charlie and Mommy walked up the block to see the Christmas parade going down Highway 31. Jack insisted on wearing his antlers while Mommy and Grandmother had on our Christmas red sweaters. Charlie tolerated the Santa hat for about a block. The highlights of the parade were:

• the candy (note the pile on the stroller tray)
• the bagpipers
• the Vestavia Hills HS band
• Santa Claus

But the biggest hit of the parade was...Ronald McDonald. Yep. He's my kid's favorite. So not organic.
